Job Description
Job Title: Mechanic
Department: Technic Head
Reports To: Senior Mechanic
Main Purpose: Maintain and repair foam machinery to minimize downtime
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines.
Ensure all moving parts are properly lubricated and functioning
Diagnose mechanical faults and breakdowns in foam processing equipment.
Repair or replace defective parts such as bearings, gears, belts, shafts, and valves.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, breakdown reports, and parts used.
Fill out maintenance checklists and logbooks regularly.
Collaborate with the production and quality departments to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
Report recurring issues to the maintenance manager for long-term solutions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering or General Mechanics maintenance
Experience
2/5 years in manufacturing maintenance
