Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general secretarial tasks such as typing letters, memos, minutes, emails, reports, and proposals, including proofreading documents.

  • Receive and manage telephone calls and messages.

  • Arrange appointments and maintain updated contact information for government offices, NGOs, and other relevant entities.

  • Operate office equipment like photocopiers, fax machines, and computers.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in Accounting or Management or related field.

  • Experience: No experience required

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS

  • Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales

  • Basic PC knowledge and exposure to accounting tools

  • Good math/analytical skills

  • Strong communication and time management skills
