Job Description
Perform general secretarial tasks such as typing letters, memos, minutes, emails, reports, and proposals, including proofreading documents.
Receive and manage telephone calls and messages.
Arrange appointments and maintain updated contact information for government offices, NGOs, and other relevant entities.
Operate office equipment like photocopiers, fax machines, and computers.
Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in Accounting or Management or related field.
Experience: No experience required
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
Basic PC knowledge and exposure to accounting tools
Good math/analytical skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer satisfaction-oriented
