Job Summary:
The job holder supports the development of the Bank’s corporate strategy. He write and compile Performance reports, S/he adopts lessons from the monitoring and evaluation unit to guide the Bank’s strategic direction. S/he also advises on appropriate changes to the Bank’s strategic direction an account of key significant environmental developments.

Prepares reports monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually as well as on ad-hoc basis as need be.
Support alignment of employees to strategy by guiding Top-Down Planning (Cascading) and ensuring effective communication strategy.
Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking
Prepare detailed strategic plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Align the bank’s strategic initiatives with its vision, mission, and regulatory requirements.
Support implementation and institutionalization of an effective accountability system across the Bank through a rigorous Strategy Execution management process.
Support the development of strategic initiatives through operational and strategy review sessions and identify major activities, timelines and targets.
Support organizational alignment to the Strategy for both business and support functions.
Actively participating while plan setting and cascading process. Support implementation of effective and objective Strategy monitoring and evaluation framework by providing hands-on support to problem and solution development and help manage key stakeholders and break through organizational barriers.
Ensure adherence to the defined culture by demonstration of appropriate behavior required to meet section’s demands and performance expectations.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Minimum qualification and work experience
Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 4/6 years of relevant experience respectively of which 2 years as officer in the planning and monitoring area
