Job Description
Be in charge of the resort's activity during the night shift. Supervise and co-ordinate the shift activities at Front Office, acting as a liaison between guests and management to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to customers; hence maximizes rooms revenue and guest satisfaction. Be fluent in Front Office operation’s technology, aware of the resort’s possibilities and limitations, and understands all aspects of Resort management. All work will be in line with the resort’s guidelines and business plan, the departmental business plan, and the Haile Resorts and Resorts corporate guidelines and service concepts.
He will compile, analyze, and respond to our guest feedback surveys and administer hotel efforts to maintain and/or improve the consistency of services that affect guest satisfaction and experience.
BA in Hotel and Tourism Management or a related field
1-3 Years’ experience at the supervisory level
Computer literate and fluent in speaking & writing skills of the English language
Proven job reliability and attention to detail.
Proven track record,
Strong managerial experience and qualities
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong public relation skills
Problem-solving skills
Pleasing personality and positive attitude, and passion to serve.
Good physical appearance
Technology savvy.
