Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial intelligence strategies

• Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions and optimize financial performance.

• Develop comprehensive financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align on financial goals.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial performance against these metrics.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of financial analysts.

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualification 

• BA/MA in  Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields. 

Experience

• 13 years of experience and 4 years in leadership are required

Skills 

• Proven track record of leading financial intelligence initiatives and delivering actionable insights.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
