Job Purpose:-The Financial Intelligence Lead, a pivotal role involves overseeing the development and implementation of financial intelligence initiatives that will enhance our decision-making processes and overall financial performance. will possess a strong background in finance, analytics, and strategic planning, and will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. As the Financial Intelligence Lead, will be responsible for establishing best practices related to financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of effective financial models that align with the company's strategic objectives. Lead the development and execution of financial intelligence strategies
Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions and optimize financial performance.
Develop comprehensive financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align on financial goals.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial performance against these metrics.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of financial analysts.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualification
BA/MA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience
13 years of experience and 4 years in leadership are required
Skills
Proven track record of leading financial intelligence initiatives and delivering actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
