Role Description

The record to report team leader is responsible to analyze key financial information to optimize financial resource management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R2R team handle month end, quarter end year-end – preparation, own smooth execution & ensure books are closed on time.

• Ensures all month-end activities are completed within the agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per targets as applicable.

• Handles aligned process (as applicable) - General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations.

• Ensures all financial close activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies. Management of financial activities will include: - 

• Prepares of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation in accordance with Finance Manual Policy and carry out investigation if any discrepancies noted.  

• Ensures accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data. 

• Support the delivery of timely and accurate general accounting work, government reporting and group reporting. 

• Assists in decision support and financial analysis for the management to identify opportunities to improve the company’s financial and operational performance. 

• Assists with system testing ensuring internal controls issues are detected, reported and working as required and assist team with systems issues and raise service desk tickets. 

• Works in various projects, in various capacities, as requested by Management from time to time. 

• Performs other duties as assigned or required by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Accounting and Finance or related fields of study 

• 2/4 years of experience in Beverage Industries.
