Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the Linen Room's daily operations in general.

• Make sure that all linen processes have quality controls in place, and Responsible for keeping the linen area's cleanliness. 

• Make sure that the supplies for laundry and linen are order and manage in accordance with business and events. 

• Ensure that linen and uniforms are properly stored and recorded.

• Make sure dryers are loaded and unloaded correctly, and adjust the temperature for the various items that need to dry. 

• Obtain documents, supervise the process of separating clean uniforms from washing, and correctly place them on racks and shelves. 

• Assure that all health and safety regulations are follow by team members. 

• Maintain and update the daily productivity report for laundry and linens. 

• Attends and takes part in programs for on-the-job training, in-service education, etc and train, develop, and evaluate the laundry crew. 

• Plans routine maintenance for laundry equipment and communicates with the engineering department about any problems that may arise.

• Accountable for making sure that the equipment and chemical dosages are operating correctly. 

• Sets laundry staff's schedules and responsibilities based on company requirements. 

Job Requirements

qualifications/Skills Required:

• A hotel management diploma is a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience in Laundry Supervisor or similar role required.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekend.

• Great interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Hard-working individual.

• Good time management abilities.

• Strong decision-making skills.
