We are seeking an experienced and visionary Deputy Principal to help lead our secondary school into its next chapter of growth and excellence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the lives of young learners and empower a dedicated team of educators in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Provide strategic leadership to drive academic achievement, student well-being, and staff development
Oversee daily school operations, including curriculum delivery, staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing school culture
Lead staff performance evaluations and professional development initiatives
Ensure compliance with national education standards and Pharo Foundation policies
Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related field
Minimum 6+ years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Proven success in leading and managing school teams and improving educational outcomes
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Proficient in using educational and administrative digital tools
