Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 Years of which in a similar capacity Duties & Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities. - Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff. - Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently. - Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. - Enforce quality control standards and ensure product quality. - Maintain and manage production equipment and machinery. - Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Manage production budgets and control operational costs. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Prepare and present production reports to senior management. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, quality).
