Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring they align with our business goals. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR policy compliance.

Location: Addis Abeba
Language : Orominya, Amharic English
Employment Type: Full-Time

Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary processes
Oversee performance appraisal systems and staff development initiatives
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
Coordinate health and safety practices and workplace wellness programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, economics, management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 7- years and above of progressive HR experience,
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
