Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee daily operations of our carton manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise to manage employees in the production areas, and a proven ability to drive efficiency, quality, and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Shagger city,Taataq

Language : Amaharic  English. Orominya preferable

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support our executive leadership team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion

  • Serve as liaison between the executive and other staff members, clients, and partners

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients

  • Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes

  • Support with project management and follow-up on key action items

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar administrative role

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields:

    • Office Administration

    • Business Administration

    • Secretarial Science

    • Executive Assistant Studies

    • Management.
