As the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s transportation operations to ensure timely, efficient, and safe delivery of goods. You will supervise drivers, coordinate logistics, maintain compliance with transport regulations, and strive for continuous improvement in operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transport operations and fleet management

• Schedule and monitor vehicle routes and delivery timelines

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transport regulations

• Manage and supervise transport staff, including drivers and support teams

• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and transportation costs

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency

• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other departments for smooth operations

• Prepare reports and analyze KPIs to support data-driven decisions

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in transport or fleet management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, and routing software

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software

• A valid driver’s license is preferred
