Job Description

Job Overview: School of Global Citizens is seeking four (4) passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our innovative team. The ideal candidates will be committed to fostering a love of learning and ensuring a supportive environment for our diverse student body. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students and align with the school curriculum. 

  • Assessment: Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support learning and growth.

  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect. 

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives. 

  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and school events. 

  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Job Requirements

Education:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification is preferred. 

Experience: 

  • Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting is an advantage. 

Skills: 

  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to adapt lessons to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. 

  • Proficient in using technology as a teaching tool.
