Henosis Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (HSACCO) is legally registered organization by the Cooperative bureau of Nifas Silk Lafto Sub city. Henosis SACCOS has a vision to be ‘ one of the best SACCO in Ethiopia that fulfills its members’ economic and social needs by 2030” with mission of ‘Improve socio-economic conditions of members & other people through mobilizing saving and creating access of credit’. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day to day branch operations and business growth at the branch

• Managing branch performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within policies and standards and in line with Henosis SACCOS Ltd.’s strategic objectives

• Establishes and oversees the implementation of sound financial management systems in liaison with the Finance dept.

• Ensures branch accounting system is operated as per the accounting and finance policies of the SACCO

• Seeks and continuously develops knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to relevant departments in the Society

• Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships with clients and stakeholders

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

•  MA degree in Management, Cooperative Management, Business management or related field.

•  7 years’ of work experience with proven experience in top and middle management. 

•  Strong understanding of management, leadership and member communication.

•  Excellent communication and coordination skills.

•  Ability to work independently
