Noah Real Estate, Ethiopia’s leading real estate developer, is seeking a committed and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing sales. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and the company, guiding potential buyers through the sales journey and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital outreach
Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients
Conduct property presentations and site visits, and respond to client inquiries
Maintain detailed knowledge of available units, pricing, timelines, and payment plans
Advise clients on purchase decisions and negotiate deals to closure
Use CRM systems to follow up consistently and maintain accurate sales records
Work flexible hours, including weekends, when required
Actively participate in internal and external events to boost brand visibility
Identify and engage potential buyers, follow up, and close deals
Leverage both digital and traditional marketing tools creatively
Possess a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and the real estate industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Law, Sales & Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Passion for real estate and a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
