Job Description
You will be working the night shift at the Stores across our various construction site locations. You will be responsible for ensuring that accurate and timely data is entered into the appropriate modules of the ERP system.
Here are the responsibilities of the role:
Encode data into the company's management system.
Record all stock transactions, including incoming and outgoing items.
Ensure that users operate within their assigned access levels and follow proper workflows.
Coordinate with employees from relevant departments based on their respective workflows.
Collaborate with IT and Database teams to perform basic troubleshooting.
Prepare daily transaction reports and other data-related summaries.
Job Requirements
Skills required
Basic understanding of how ERP systems function
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including how the internet, Wi-Fi, and related technologies work
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Strong communication skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
Recent graduates in Computer/ Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields
