Job Description and Specification
Job Title: Receptionist- Secretary
Work Unit: Menagesha Rehabilitation Center
Immediate Supervisor: Eye care unit leader
Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Eye care unit leader, the receptionist-secretary is responsible to receive and register clients’ direct services category and prepare preliminary documents and files; clients’ bio-data on the files for the services provider. Perform secretariat services as required.
Receives and registers clients and responds to service users queries promptly and courteously.
Fills client bio-data on the file for the services provided at the center.
Directs service users to where they can receive services at the center.
Schedules appointments for service users and calls accordingly.
Keep reports of users who receive eye care services.
Handles secretarial duties for the center
Maintains appointment in log book and data system.
Keep up to date service users’ record in the data system on daily base.
Assist in managing personnel files.
Respects CE’s employees administrative manual, rules and regulation and also observe work ethic.
performs any related jobs assigned to her/him immediate supervisor.
Salary: 7873
Medical allowance per year: 15,000
Transportation allowance per month: 500
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Secretarial science and office management or ICT
Experience
