BSc Degree in Computer Sciences or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support to end-users (staff, students, visitors) via phone, email, or in person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and professionally - Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, servers, telecommunication equipment, AV equipment, and other IT systems - Maintain and upgrade computer systems, servers, and peripherals; install and configure software applications and updates
