Lead ERP implementation and integration to streamline operations and improve data reliability.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
Directly manage, coach, and develop senior finance managers under both wings.
Build a strong, competent finance team by setting clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability systems.
Foster a high-performance culture that values innovation, integrity, and collaboration within the finance function.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategic Input
Work closely with project, procurement, legal, sales, and construction units to align financial controls with project timelines and costs.
Contribute to organizational strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
