Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2+ years in a senior role Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, and pension contributions - Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow - Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions - Support internal and external audits with timely documentation - Maintain accurate general ledger entries and Journal postings - Implement and monitor internal financial controls - Provide financial insights to support budgeting and forecasting

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience - Accurately record daily financial transactions in journals and ledgers. - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers. - Calculate and process employee salaries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. - Prepare trial balances at the end of each accounting period to ensure ledger accuracy. - Collaborate with management to set financial goals and prepare annual/quarterly budgets. - Balance Sheet: Presenting the company’s financial position by detailing assets, liabilities, and equity. - Ensure all financial reports comply with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. - Generate detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders. - Assist in long-term financial planning by preparing forecasts based on historical trends and market conditions. - Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinating accounting functions and programs. - Preparing financial analyses and reports. - Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure. - Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets. - Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. - Assisting with annual audit preparations. Required Skills: - Strong financial analysis skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and stress management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. - Ability to train and manage staff.
