MSc or BSc Degree in Environmental Health, Water Supply Management, Hydraulic Engineering, Water Resource Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead hygiene promotion, environmental health and risk assessments, and community mobilization to reduce public health risks - Develop and implement behavior change strategies tailored to local contexts, addressing hygiene practices, sanitation, and disease prevention. - Conduct water quality testing, sanitation assessments, and environmental health risk mapping, water safety planning to inform programming and policy recommendations.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Design and implement effective SBCC strategies that enhance understanding and acceptance of inline chlorination as a safe, affordable, and sustainable water treatment method among local stakeholders and target communities - Lead behaviour changes campaigns with Woreda WASH Officers to increase household adoption of inline chlorination, with a strong focus on health benefits, correct use, and safe storage and handling of treated water - Facilitate strategic partnerships with government agencies, community leaders, NGOs, and private sector actors to promote acceptance and support the scale-up of inline chlorination initiatives
