Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Finance Head is critical in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of the hospital. Finance head responsible to manage financial operations, develop and implement financial strategies, responsible for budgeting, planning and reporting on financial resources. The finance head is responsible for leading the team, ensuring compliance with regulation and support the organization in achieving it overall objective.
Key responsibilities;
Planning and budgeting – develop and manage annual budget, prepare financial forecasts and projections and monitor actual performance against budget and analyze variance.
Financial report and analysis – producing accurate financial statements and reports, analyzing and provide insight to hospital leadership.
Financial operations management – oversees day to day accounting functions, ensure compliance with governance and regulations and implement efficient internal control.
Team leadership and development – building, leading and managing a team finance professionals, coaching the team, fostering collaboration and high performing team.
Compliance and regulation – ensuring with accounting standards, financial regulations and internal standards.
Skills and communications;
Strong financial management skill – proficiency in accounting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis in healthcare industry.
Leadership and communication skill – excellent ability to lead the team and good communicator with departments and present financial information clearly.
Analytical and problem solving-skills – ability to analyze financial data, identify trends and develop solution to financial challenges.
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations – familiarity with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
Job Requirement
Qualifications/skill
Education: BA Degree in Financial Accounting or MSC Degree in Financial Accounting or related field
Experience: 6 years for BA and 4 years for MSC, Hospital Experience is mandatory and good communication skills have added value.

Location – Hayat Hospital in front of MOENCO on the way from Meganagna to Bole.
