Job Description
A driver supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of drivers, ensuring safe and efficient transportation services. They manage schedules, monitor vehicle maintenance, and enforce compliance with transportation regulations.
Creating and managing driver schedules, ensuring routes are optimized for efficiency and safety.
Overseeing driver performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
Monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
Addressing driver issues, resolving route-related problems, and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, including hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and driver qualifications.
Maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Basic Salary: 20604.40 ETB
Transport Allowance: 3600 ETB
Location: Applicants Residence should have to live Around “Goro and Koyefeche “

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Management, Accounting, Business Management and Related filed.
3rd grade or public 1 Valid and renewed driving license.
Above 3 year work experience by driving and prior experience in supervising role is advantageous.
