Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and telecommunication devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.
Document and update technical procedures and user guides.
Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of conference room technology and video conferencing tools.
Carries out other duties as required
Job Requirement
Graduates of years 2024 & 2025 G.C with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and other related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
No prior experience is required.
Age ≤ 25
Exit Exam is required
