Job Description
Supporting the sorting, processing, and routing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Implement and maintain efficient mail processing procedures to reduce processing times and improve accuracy.
Monitor the use of mail processing equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues.
Coordinate the distribution of mail and packages to appropriate recipients or departments.
Handle any mail or package discrepancies and address delivery-related issues promptly.
Stay up to date with postal regulations and guidelines set by relevant postal authorities.
Ensure that all mailing activities and processes comply with local, regional, and international postal regulations.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements without compromising service quality.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of mail processing and delivery accuracy.
Identify and implement relevant postal technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and tracking capabilities.
Work closely with customer service representatives to resolve customer inquiries or complaints related to postal services.
BA/BSC Degree with 0 years of experience or College Diploma + TVET level IV with 2 years of experience
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
