Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate acid oil plant and ETP

• Operate complete dilution system

• Maximize acid oil recovery

• prioritize the safety measure and knowledge of hazards associated with sulpheric acid

• Update the log book

• Loading of byproduct in the tankers

• Unloading of sulpheric acid tanker

• proper handling of Acid

• Ensure to maintain acidic water discharge to ETP

• Run the plant at rated capacity without any quality and safety deviations

• Lead the shift operations of acid oil plant and ETP by utilizing available resources (man power, material and processes)

• Operates and maintains wastewater treatment, sludge processing, and handling equipment. Tends pumps, sludge filters, and other equipment used to treat wastewater. Collects samples and makes routine chemical analyses of wastewater at various points in the plant process.

• Control equipment and monitor processes that remove or destroy harmful materials, chemicals, and microorganisms from wastewater.

• un tests to make sure that the processes are working correctly.

• Keep records of waste water quality .

• Operate and maintain the pumps and motors that move water and wastewater through filtration systems.

• Monitor the indicators at their plants and make adjustments as necessary.

• Read meters and gauges to make sure that plant equipment is working properly.

• Take samples and run tests to determine the quality of the water being produced.

• Adjust the amount of chemicals, such as sulpheric acid ,lime
