Customer Service Excellence Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.
Monitor the performance of business development initiatives and provide feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring and retaining clients.
Prepare proposals and presentations for potential customers.
Participate in negotiations with customers and secure favorable terms and agreements.
Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry.
Represent the company at various industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all customer interactions.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Unit’s plans and objectives.
Develop and monitor the Unit’s budgets.
Identify human resources requirements of the Unit and develop plan for meeting the requirements.
Prepare and submit Unit reports to relevant organs.
Represent the Unit in internal and external relationships.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (3) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry. OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
