Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy that align with the company’s business goals.
Develop, implement and supervise the company’s sales channels.
Create a comprehensive brand guideline document that outlines the use of logos, colors, fonts, and messaging and ensure adherence to the guidelines.
Develop and enforce standardized sales processes.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and reward systems.
Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholder.
Develop and implement customer service strategies.
Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
Resolve customer disputes escalated to his/her attention and ensure timely resolution of problems.
Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Lead the acquisition of international and corporate customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry professionals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement a comprehensive channel development strategy.
Identify and recruit strategic partners, such as brokers, agents, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
Oversee the development of brand guidelines and style guides.
Oversee consistent brand application across all marketing materials and channels.
Generic Duties of the Position:
Lead the development of the Function’s work plan and monitor their execution.
Monitor and ensure the proper utilization of the Function’s budgets.
Direct the identification and fulfillment of human resources requirements of the Function.
Supervise the development of policies and procedures for the Function and lead in their implementation and continuous review.
Review, approve and submit functional reports to relevant organs.
Support the development of subordinates through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.
Oversee the systematic identification of skill and competency requirements for the Function.
Represent the function in external relationships related with the Function.
Take part in the group decision making process by forming part of different groups/committees.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields of study with a minimum of twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience, with at least six (6) years in a leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry.
