To ensure the efficient, profitable, and safe Production and delivery of high-quality aluminum & metal and meet customer demands by leading the development and implementation of strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of function’s strategic plans.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Identify market opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Initiate and develop new product lines and services to expand the business.

• Optimize Production processes and ensure efficient utilization of resources and minimize waste.

• Monitor Production output and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of all workshop equipment.

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

• Manage custom fabrication projects from design to completion.

• Enforce quality control standards.

• Oversee the implementation of a comprehensive quality management system.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer concerns or complaints.

• Monitor and control costs and implement cost-saving measures.

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.

• Oversee the proper management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Generic Duties of the Position:

• Lead the development of the Function’s work plan and monitor their execution.

• Monitor and ensure the proper utilization of the Function’s budgets.

• Direct the identification and fulfillment of human resources requirements of the Function.

• Supervise the development of policies and procedures for the Function and lead in their implementation and continuous review.

• Review, approve and submit functional reports to relevant organs.

• Support the development of subordinates through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.

• Oversee the systematic identification of skill and competency requirements for the Function.

• Represent the function in external relationships related with the Function.

• Take part in the group decision making process by forming part of different groups/committees.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications and Experience:Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Management or related fields with a minimum of twelve (10) years of demonstrated experience, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry   

 OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Management or related fields with a minimum of twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience, with at least six (6) years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
