Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to increase market share.

  3. Conduct regular performance reviews with sales team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.

  4. Monitor and track sales activities, including sales pipeline, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  5. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management, analyzing trends and performance.

  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

  7. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content, and digital marketing initiatives to support product or service launches.

  8. Ensure the brand's message is consistently communicated across all marketing channels, including online, print, and social media.

  9. Analyze market data and customer insights to adapt marketing strategies and ensure they align with consumer needs.

  10. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  11. Provide training and guidance to the sales and marketing teams on new products, services, and industry best practices.

  12. Evaluate team performance, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.

  13. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, particularly between sales, marketing, and product teams, to enhance business results.

  14. Work closely with the sales team to maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers and clients.

  15. Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

  16. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement customer loyalty and retention programs.

  17. Manage and allocate the sales and marketing budget to maximize ROI.

  18. Ensure the effective use of resources for sales and marketing activities, maintaining cost-efficiency while driving results.

  19. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring they stay within budget and deliver the intended outcomes.

  20. Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  21. Develop strategies based on research findings to keep the company competitive and responsive to market changes.

  22. Track the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, preparing reports and presenting findings to upper management.

  23. Utilize sales data, customer feedback, and marketing metrics to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related and professional certifications are a plus. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales Supervision and marketing, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques, digital marketing strategies, and market research methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, 

  • Experience in specific industry, Electronics, Accessory, Mobile Manufacturing & Sales consumer goods, Telecommunication.

  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, budgeting, and market segmentation.

  • Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels social media, content marketing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Full-time, permanent position.

  • Occasional travel may be required

  • Fast-paced work environment with occasional extended hours to meet deadlines
