Job Description
As the Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will champion excellence across all MSME training activities—both in-person and digital. You’ll design and implement QA frameworks, conduct systematic observation and audit processes, and translate findings into actionable insights that elevate training fidelity and learner outcomes. Partnering closely with Regional Coordinators, Digital Training, and Instructional Design teams, you’ll ensure every session, module, and support tool meets our rigorous standards for consistency, relevance, and impact.
QA Framework & Tools Development
Co-create and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Framework, including standardized checklists, rubrics, and audit protocols for in-person workshops and digital modules.
Develop clear SOPs for QA activities—trainer observations, peer reviews, and self-assessments—and integrate them into the program rollout plan.
Training Delivery Monitoring
Conduct regular field visits and remote audits of regional training sessions to assess adherence to curriculum design, facilitation best practices, and logistical standards.
Review digital course analytics (Moodle quiz quality, Telegram Bot engagement, app tutorial completion) to identify delivery gaps or content inconsistencies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative QA data—observation scores, learner feedback, platform metrics—into concise dashboards and narrative reports.
Highlight trends, common challenges, and high-performing practices; present findings and improvement recommendations at monthly QA review meetings.
Continuous Improvement & Support
Work with Instructional Designers to refine session plans, activities, and digital assets based on QA insights—ensuring clarity, pacing, and learner engagement.
Coach trainers and regional teams through targeted feedback sessions and refresher workshops; document corrective action plans and track implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with the Data Analyst to align QA indicators with broader program KPIs and impact measures.
Partner with the Program Admin Officer to ensure QA activities are scheduled, resourced, and logged appropriately.
Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, quality management, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in quality assurance, training oversight, or monitoring & evaluation—preferably within development or educational programs.
Strong familiarity with adult-learning principles and competency-based training models.
Excellent observational and analytical skills; comfortable synthesizing diverse data sources.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of delivering constructive feedback and driving behavior change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with dashboards or BI tools.
Must be able to travel 30% to the regional hubs
Core Competencies
Attention to Detail: Rigorously checks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all training materials and delivery.
Analytical Mindset: Converts complex QA data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
Effective Communication: Delivers observations and feedback with tact, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.
Collaborative Partnership: Builds trust with trainers, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
Integrity & Accountability: Upholds the highest standards of professional ethics and ensures QA processes are transparent and fair.
