Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: -To lead on the implementation of the hardware components of WATSAN interventions including the construction of water systems (ground water or surface water), protection, abstraction, storage, treatment and distribution for new systems or rehabilitation of existing systems as well as construction of the most appropriate form of sanitation systems, in consultation with the beneficiaries and line ministries (includes excreta disposal, refuse disposal, vector control and drainage). - Support PHE senior officer  in providing technical support to all project related to public health engineering in lead role in planning, designing, monitoring and evaluation to ensure high quality programmes - To liaise closely with the Public Health Promotion Team throughout the implementation
