Job Requirement

  • Required Educational Qualification: Diploma in secretarial and office management/ High school diploma

  • Work Experience: Diploma in secretarial and office management (or equivalent) High school diploma, (or equivalent), 4 years of work experience Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint….)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities
