Job Description
The Senior Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, providing clinical leadership to nursing staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of nursing services. This role involves supervising junior nurses, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing direct patient care, especially in complex or high-risk cases
Administering medications and treatments
Monitoring patient progress and vital signs
Assisting in procedures and responding to emergencies
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience: 4-7 years of work experience in the field.
Leadership skill and experience is a plus
