Job Description

Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.

For all positions: Salary is Negotiable.

Workplace: Jimma Town. Oromia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and emails

  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars

  • Preparing and organizing documents

  • Filing and maintaining records (digital and physical)

  • Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately

Job Requirements:

Education: Educational background in IT, Secretary, Science, and Office Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Experience: 2-5 years of work experience as a secretary.

Language: Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking Afaan Oromoo language is mandatory.
