Job Description
You will develop conceptual and working drawings for building facelifts, interior refurbishments, and space optimization across multiple projects. Create 3D visualizations to align client expectations with renovation plans. Prepare material palettes and finish schedules, then collaborate with site teams to ensure aesthetic and functional consistency. Participate in client presentations and regulatory submissions, adapting designs to budget and regulatory constraints.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to understand their needs, project goals, and budget constraints; providing advice on design feasibility and construction processes to ensure optimal results
Creating initial sketches, detailed blueprints, and 3D models using tools like CAD and BIM; collaborating with clients to finalize designs that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing
Assembling and coordinating teams of engineers, contractors, and other professionals; negotiating contracts; ensuring that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and environmental standards
Job Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years in architectural design or drafting roles
Education: BSc in Architecture or related discipline
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization tools
Creative problem‑solving and spatial design sense
Ability to translate concepts into accurate technical drawings
Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
