Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just few kilometres from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or Business Administration is required
A minimum of four years of managerial experience in a four- or five-star hotel is required
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Competencies Required:
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as the ability to meet sales goals
Excellent computer abilities as well as expertise of Opera
Attention to details & excellent follow up skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work with minimum supervision
