We are looking for a motivated Python developer to join our team and help customize and enhance Odoo ERP solutions. You will work closely with our functional and business teams to develop, modify, and optimize Odoo modules to meet business needs.

This is a great opportunity for a fresher or junior developer to gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, Python backend development, and business process automation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python.

• Debug, test, and improve existing Odoo functionalities

• Assist in data migrations, report generation (PDF/QWeb), and integrations.

• Work with PostgreSQL for database adjustments

• Document code and maintain technical specifications.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience Formal education and professional qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Certification in Python programming (preferred but not mandatory).

Relevant working experience

• 0–2 years of experience in Python development.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).

• Academic or internship projects involving database management (PostgreSQL) or web technologies (XML, JavaScript).

Required Job Related Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python (OOP, functions, loops).

• Willingness to learn Odoo framework (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory).

• Problem-solving mindset—ability to understand business needs and translate them into code.

•  Basic understanding of XML, CSV, and web concepts (helpful for frontend tweaks).

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu (Odoo deployments often use it).

• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for UI customizations).

• Any academic projects or internships involving ERP systems, databases, or automation.
