Explore and activate new customer segments, regional markets, and corporate partnership opportunities to drive expansion.
Sales Division Leadership
Build and lead a performance-driven sales force with a focus on conversion excellence, customer relationship depth, and scalable sales models.
Develop a robust sales execution framework including prospecting systems, funnel management, pipeline tracking, and client segmentation.

Align all marketing with business development goals and product launch cycles for unified market impact.
Sales Contract Management Oversight
Ensure the end-to-end management of all sales contracts and commercial agreements is efficient, compliant, and customer-friendly.
Oversee the drafting, negotiation, execution, and archiving of client contracts in collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Customer Handling units.
Establish a standardized contract lifecycle process with clear turnaround targets, risk controls, and internal approvals.
