Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Airport Terminal 2. This role is open to female candidates only. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, and proficiency in French and Chinese is a plus. Experience in selling and knowledge of Ethiopian gemstone jewelry is highly desirable. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to travelers and in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with a positive attitude.
Promote and sell our products effectively to meet customer needs.
Showcase and provide information about Ethiopian gemstone jewelry to customers.
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Maintain a tidy and organized sales space.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Stay updated on airport policies and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Strong command of the English language; proficiency in French and Chinese is advantageous.
Knowledge of Ethiopian gemstone jewelry and experience in selling such products is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must meet a minimum height requirement of 1.75 meters.
