Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, compiling, labeling, and stamping financial documents.

  • Scanning and renaming financial documents.

  • Copying and filing documents.

  • Packing financial documents for DHL delivery to Head Office.

  • Delivering bank letters and collecting bank advice.

  • Assisting with other clerical tasks as needed.
