Revo Solutions is a privately-owned company specializing in digital marketing, branding, and web development. As we expand into a new and exciting project in the real estate sector, we are looking for a highly experienced, results-oriented, and versatile professional to manage both our Finance and Human Resource departments.

We are seeking a highly capable Finance s HR Manager to oversee our company’s financial and human resource operations. This dual-role position requires strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting, as well as human resource management, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in both the fiscal health and people management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals

  • Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies

  • Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll

  • Present financial insights to senior management and support decision-making

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks and auditors

HR Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and frameworks in line with business needs

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes

  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture

  • Address employee grievances and ensure legal compliance with labor laws

  • Manage employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in finance and HR (including at least 2 years in a managerial role)

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principlesfinancial software (Peachtree preferred), and Ethiopian tax law

  • In-depth understanding of HR practiceslabor laws, and employee engagement strategies

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively under pressure
