Revo Solutions is a privately-owned company specializing in digital marketing, branding, and web development. As we expand into a new and exciting project in the real estate sector, we are looking for a highly experienced, results-oriented, and versatile professional to manage both our Finance and Human Resource departments.
We are seeking a highly capable Finance s HR Manager to oversee our company’s financial and human resource operations. This dual-role position requires strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting, as well as human resource management, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in both the fiscal health and people management of the organization.
Finance Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies
Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
Present financial insights to senior management and support decision-making
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks and auditors
HR Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and frameworks in line with business needs
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Address employee grievances and ensure legal compliance with labor laws
Manage employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives
Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies
Qualifications and Skills:
MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in finance and HR (including at least 2 years in a managerial role)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software (Peachtree preferred), and Ethiopian tax law
In-depth understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively under pressure
