Role Description

The systems and infrastructure senior officer is responsible for the effective management of IT related infrastructures including the CCTV cameras.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensures proper planning for building system and infrastructure platforms as per the projects plan to meet Kegna’s objective;

2. Coordinate and monitor feasibility studies and advises selection of appropriate, and site-specific technology or design;

3. Provides leadership and coordination in preparation of system and infrastructure designs, development, deployment and testing as per the pre set specifications;

4. Work with individual project teams, during the software development life cycle, to ensure business and technical requirements have been fulfilled; contribute recommendations and assessments to ongoing project reviews

5. Collaborate with other team members, including software/firmware engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers and outside partners

6. Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites that cover adequately the requirements

7. Designs, develops, and implements cost effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of ICT product development 

8. Contribute to the development and implementation of the ICT strategy, plans and policies as a member of the ICT team. 

9. Design and implement short and long term plans to ensure ICT system and infrastructure meets existing and future capacity and capability requirements. 

10. Develop, implement, manage and maintain the ICT system and infrastructure including server and network configuration, security, accessibility, connectivity, and backup. 

11. Maintain Hardware Asset Register detailing ICT equipment used by the Group, and identify, analyze and manage associated information risks. 

12. Develop procedures and associated implementation, testing and training plans for infrastructure administration, security and data management. 

13. Ensure compliance with internal and external information security requirements (i.e. Information Security Policy and Cyber Essentials Plus), maintain awareness of latest cyber-security threats and implement security measures to minimize risk to information assets. 

14. Ensure ICT systems are secure and resilient, carrying out proactive maintenance (e.g. patching) and ensuring processes and configurations are clearly documented.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Information System/ Commuter Science or related fields of study 

• 4/6 years of experience in Beverage Industries
