Job Description
An Office Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting engineering and construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance, and providing both technical and administrative support to project teams. This position is typically based in an office but may require site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare Bill of Quantity
Prepare budget
Take actual measurements on-site for cost
Prepare the material and labor request
Prepare a project report
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements
Create, update, and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones, deadlines, and overall progress
Prepare, manage, and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates to stakeholders
Track and monitor project costs, manage change orders, and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and objectives
