Job Description
Handles internal finances, light regulatory tasks, inventory organization, and front-line customer communication.
• Manage bookkeeping, expense tracking, payroll, and invoicing
• Oversee cash flow, tax filings, and basic financial reporting
• Assist in preparing product registration documents
• Receive incoming stock, label, and organize inventory
• Send quotations and follow up with clients
• Respond to phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
• Maintain delivery and support logs
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field) is required.
• Over one years of professional experience in the sector, preferably with an import company; experience in the admin works is an added advantage
• Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking, will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Financial literacy (can work with external accountant)
• Able to multitask across admin and operational tasks
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Good customer service and communication
