Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Trainer to educate and mentor individuals preparing for careers in early childhood care and education. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs, assessing student performance, and ensuring that trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to work effectively in childcare settings.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, practical childcare training.
Develop and implement engaging training materials and lesson plans.
Monitor trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Support the development of life skills, safety practices, and professional behavior.
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Collaborate with the team to improve the training curriculum and methods.
Job Requirement:
Required Qualifications:
Education: BSc Degree in Clinical Nursing or Midwifery.
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience
Previous experience in childcare training or education is preferable.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
