Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Diploma (10+3) in Automotive Technology or a related technical field.
Valid Grade 3 driving license for heavy duty vehicles.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a vehicle service workshop.
Hands-on experience with commercial trucks, buses, and industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong ability to identify and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of plumbing systems and fixtures is an asset.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.
Adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the workshop environment.
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
Clear and effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
