Job Description
Assists in drawing recruitment program for the approved required additional human resource of the Company.
Identifies vacant posts and prepares vacancy announcement as required.
Prepares and undertakes screening of applicants for employment.
Ensures the fulfillment of pre-employment formalities for newly employed staffs.
Follows up that the Company’s recruitment and benefit administration procedures are adjusted in compliance with Labor Proclamation and other government policies and regulations.
Undertakes studies on labor turnover and absenteeism, identifies root causes and presents findings to supervisor.
Conducts training need assessment by analyzing tasks, performance outcome and job and human resource mismatch.
Collects and analyzes data on the program and course content of local and international training institution and presents suggestions and recommendations as required.
Coordinates training sessions as appropriate.
Arranges induction and orientation programs for newly recruited employees.
Implement proper off boarding process for leavers per the company policy and procedure.
Follows up the timely submission of performance appraisal reports by work units and makes analysis of performance evaluation and submit to supervisor.
Ensures and administers all employee benefits such as insurance, medical service, annual leave, Pension Fund and others are properly carried out according to the policy and stipulated regulations of the Company.
Ensures that accrued annul leave of staff are properly recorded and monitors that prepared annual leave and rotational leave programs are strictly implemented.
Maintains personnel records of all staff related to employment, transfer, appointment, salary adjustment, termination and other personnel details.
Updates HR database and ensures confidentiality of information contained in the database.
Prepares draft letters related to employees and presents for supervisor’s signature.
Provides personnel information of staff when requested by authorized officials having access to such information.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Education:
1st Degree in HRM Management or related field of Study.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HRM in manufacturing industries.
