Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
Monitor machine operation to ensure product quality and efficiency
Inspect products for defects and make adjustments as needed
Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on equipment
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams

Knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems
Attention to detail and strong quality control skills
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals
Basic math and measurement skills
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts
Understanding of workplace safety practices
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment
Job Requirement
Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent preferred For diploma 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience operating CNC machines, beverage factory , or specialized equipment
