Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Assisting with the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.

  • Responding to employee inquiries, providing information and guidance on HR policies and procedures,

  • Assisting with general office administration, such as managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Maintaining and organizing files, records, and other important documents related to both HR and general office administration.

Technical and other skills

  • Good communication skill.

  • Proficient in Basic Computer Operations

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Management or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience. Experience in Agriculture organization is Advantageous.
