Job Description
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assisting with the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
Responding to employee inquiries, providing information and guidance on HR policies and procedures,
Assisting with general office administration, such as managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Maintaining and organizing files, records, and other important documents related to both HR and general office administration.
Technical and other skills
Good communication skill.
Proficient in Basic Computer Operations
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Management or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience. Experience in Agriculture organization is Advantageous.
